How to Enroll in the Genus Extranet

After you select to enroll you will be faced with 3 easy steps.

Step One:    Select your area and click continue

Step Two:    You will be faced with a form asking for your personal information.

This is an example of what the form will look like

   Please complete the form:

  • Note fields in RED must be entered
  • Pick your Branch
  • Enter a Username - must be unique, consisting of 6 to 30 alphanumeric characters (a-z, 0-9, underscore) If the          username you pick has already been used or is not unique you will be notified right away upon clicking the Enroll button. Note if this should happen you will aslo need to retype in your desired password.
  • Type in a Password (make sure that you pick a minimum of 6 or more characters in length in the password field)
  • Retype the password in the Repeat Password field
  • Type in a Password Reminder (whatever it is that will help to remind you, this will be sent back to you via email)
  • Fill in your First Name, Middle Name/Initial and Last Name
  • Enter your Company ID# (example: Rep #, Dist #, Employee #)
  • Enter your job/position Title
  • Enter your Company name
  • Select the Country you reside in
  • Enter in your Email address
  • Enter your Telephone number
  • If you have the option to pick to be on a discussion list, check the box.   The discussion list will allow you to post questions, or answer questions on the Extranet in the discussion table.
  • Click the Enroll Button

 

Step Three:   Wait for notification.

Once you have enrolled an email is sent and reviewed by the Extranet Administrator, and if approved, you will be notified via email.

You will want to return to http://www.genusxnet.com to log in to the Genus Extranet.
